Subscriber Ticket Exchange Policy

Easiest by phone

• Call 401-723-4266 at least 24 hours in advance of your ticketed performance. Please have your original ticket(s) and credit card in hand to pay applicable upgrade fees (see below).
• You will be asked to destroy your original tickets, then pick up your replacement tickets on the day/time of your new performance.

Easy by mail

• Mail your original tickets and a check for any applicable upgrade fee (see below), along with a note indicating your name, phone number and preferred performance to: The Gamm Theatre, 172 Exchange St., Pawtucket, RI 02860.
• Enclose a self-addressed, stamped envelope if you wish to have your new tickets mailed to you. Otherwise, your new tickets will be held at the box office window. Please allow at least 5 days for processing and mailing.

Avoid day of performance exchanges!

Please be advised that a charge of $5 per ticket plus any applicable upgrade fee (see below) will be assessed for exchanges requested less than 24 hours in advance.

Missed your performance?

If you miss your performance for any reason, please call the box office and we will accommodate you at the box office manager’s discretion on an “as available” basis (generally not available for the final weekend of the play). However, a charge of $10 per ticket plus any applicable upgrade fee (see below) will be assessed.
