gammbassadors youth ushers program

Gammbassadors must be aged 16-18 and willing to fulfill the same roles as any other usher: scanning tickets, directing patrons in the lobby and the theater, stuffing and/or passing out programs, seating patrons, and answering patron's questions.

In return, you have the option to earn community service hours and see Gamm productions for free!

Please contact the Volunteer Coordinator, Drew Wright at (401) 723-4266 and select the Box Office extension when prompted, or email volunteer@gammtheatre.org with any questions and to let us know if you want to earn community service credits.

General Requirements:

  • Arrive one hour prior to the performance for which you are scheduled. This gives the house management staff time to share show-specific information, review general information about the theater, and assign pre-performance projects and duties for the performance. Click the links below to sign up for a shift. You will also receive an email reminder from Sign Up Genius.

  • Adhere to our dress code: a white shirt and/or sweater with black pants or a skirt. An usher name tag will be provided.

  • Complete a waiver prior to your first shift: Download waiver here.
