Adirondack Cabin Getaway in the High Peaks Wilderness

 

Enjoy a long weekend getaway in the High Peaks Wilderness. This four-season, impeccably maintained cabin is nestled on the quiet, entirely private, Stony Creek Ponds, in a remote section of New York State. Open-air living room and kitchen with sweeping ceilings, a wood stove, master and guest bedrooms, an additional loft bedroom/office, Wi-Fi, a porch overlooking the water, and a full bathroom with a classic soaking tub. A separate, private trapper cabin is steps away from the main cabin with its own full bathroom and floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors looking out onto the ponds.

 

Kayak/canoe equipment for up to 5 guests is provided along with direct waterfront access, as well as many hiking trails to local lakes and waterfalls. Just a short drive away from bustling shops, restaurants, live music venues and galleries as well as the famed Olympic Village in Lake Placid. Available for a long weekend in the summer or fall – dates are flexible.
