GAMM STUDIO POLICIES

Gamm Studio policies must be observed by all students to ensure efficient service. Current and potential students should familiarize themselves with these policies. The office will be closed and some classes maybe be cancelled on national holidays, and in cases of bad weather, in which case students will be notified by email and class time will be made up at the end of the session.

 

Registration Policy

• Full tuition is required to hold your place in class. Payment must be made in full by the first class; tuition rates are non-negotiable. Please note that bounced checks result in an additional fee of $25.00.
   

• Please note that all our group classes are based on a minimum of 8 attendees; adjustment of the class duration or cancellation of the class may occur if the minimum of attendees is not met. Class duration may be adjusted due to student absences throughout the course of the class.
   

• Late enrollment is accepted until the end of the second week at the discretion of the instructor.

 

Withdrawals and Refunds

Gamm Studio is part of a non-profit organization. Class schedules are based on enrollment; Therefore our refund policy is restricted, as described below.

 

• Withdrawals
  We must be informed of any class withdrawal by email (kate@gammtheatre.org). If you choose to withdraw from a class before the week prior to the start of class, you will be charged a 10% administrative fee and refunded the remainder of your tuition by check. If you choose to withdraw within the week of the start of the class or after the start of class, you will NOT be refunded. 
   

• Canceled Classes
  If a class is cancelled, your tuition may be refunded or transferred to another class.
   

• Missed Classes
  Missed classes are not refunded.

 

Discounts

If eligible, the following discounts are may be applied upon request. Only one discount may be applied at a time, other promotions may not be combined with the following discounts.

 

• Returning Student Discount
  Enroll in more than one class per academic year and receive a 10% discount off each additional class.
   

• Refer a Friend Discount
  Previous Gamm Studio students will receive $20 off your next class when you refer a friend who enrolls in her/his first Gamm Studio class.
   

• Gamm Ticket Discount
  Gamm Studio students are eligible for a 10% discount on regular-price tickets for the current Gamm show or any of this season’s upcoming shows (as long as you purchase while enrolled.) Use code: STUDIO10 when buying online. Limit: 4 discount tickets per class. Not valid for subscription.
