Please note: Exchanges are a subscriber-only benefit. All single ticket-sales are final, no refunds or exchanges.

 

  • Season subscription tickets can be exchanged for any other performance of the same play.

  • If you move your tickets to a more expensive performance you must pay the difference in price.

  • The deadline for exchanges is 5:00 pm the day prior to your scheduled performance; after this time a fee of $10 per ticket will be assessed (in addition to any difference in price).

  • There is no service fee for exchanges.

  • Exchanges are subject to seating availability.

Please call the box office at 401-723-4266 with your original tickets in hand, as well as a credit card number in case you are moving into a higher priced performance. We will help you find a new date and seats. Important: Please be sure to throw away your original tickets and pick up your new tickets at will-call to avoid seating confusion.

 

In Person

If exchanging at the box office, bring your original tickets and credit card so you may trade them immediately for your new tickets.​

​Season subscribers who miss their performance for any reason may be re-ticketed on an “as available” basis for $20 per ticket. If you move your tickets to a more expensive performance you also must pay the difference in price.
