Please note: Exchanges are a subscriber-only benefit. All single ticket-sales are final, no refunds or exchanges.
Season subscription tickets can be exchanged for any other performance of the same play.
If you move your tickets to a more expensive performance you must pay the difference in price.
The deadline for exchanges is 5:00 pm the day prior to your scheduled performance; after this time a fee of $10 per ticket will be assessed (in addition to any difference in price).
There is no service fee for exchanges.
Exchanges are subject to seating availability.
Please call the box office at 401-723-4266 with your original tickets in hand, as well as a credit card number in case you are moving into a higher priced performance. We will help you find a new date and seats. Important: Please be sure to throw away your original tickets and pick up your new tickets at will-call to avoid seating confusion.
If exchanging at the box office, bring your original tickets and credit card so you may trade them immediately for your new tickets.
