TICKET EXCHANGE POLICY:
Exchanges are a subscriber-only benefit. All single ticket-sales are final, with no refunds or exchanges.
Season subscription tickets can be exchanged for any other performance of the same play.
If you move your tickets to a more expensive performance you must pay the difference in price.
The deadline for exchanges is 5:00 pm the day prior to your scheduled performance; after this time a fee of $10 per ticket will be assessed (in addition to any difference in price).
There is no service fee for exchanges.
Exchanges are subject to seating availability.
Exchange BY PHONE
If exchanging by phone, please call 401-723-4266 with your original tickets in hand, as well as a credit card number in case of a change to a more expensive performance. We will help you find a new date and seats.
Exchange IN PERSON
If exchanging at the box office, bring your original tickets so you may trade them immediately for your new tickets.
Exchange BY MAIL
If exchanging by mail, include your tickets, a list of dates into which you wish to exchange your tickets, a credit card number in case of a change to a more expensive performance, as well as your contact information. We will call you as soon as we are able to complete your exchange and hold your tickets at Will Call; or include a self-addressed, stamped envelope and we will mail your new tickets.
MISSED YOUR PERFORMANCE?
Season subscribers who miss their performance for any reason may be re-ticketed on an “as available” basis for $20 per ticket. If you move your tickets to a more expensive performance you also must pay the difference in price.
